French Press
The ritual method. Full immersion brings out the body and depth of both roasts.
- Ratio: 1:15 coffee to water (15g coffee / 225ml water)
- Grind: Coarse
- Water temp: 93C / 200F
- Time: 4 minutes, then press slowly
Drip / Filter
The everyday method. Consistent, approachable, works on any machine.
- Ratio: 1:16 coffee to water
- Grind: Medium
- Water temp: 90-93C / 195-200F
- Time: 4-5 minutes
Pour Over
For the morning when you have a few extra minutes. Brings out the floral notes in Morning Walk.
- Ratio: 1:15 coffee to water
- Grind: Medium-fine
- Water temp: 93C / 200F
- Time: 3-4 minutes
Espresso
Off Leash was made for this. Bold, rich, works as a straight shot or the base for milk drinks.
- Ratio: 1:2 coffee to espresso (18g in / 36g out)
- Grind: Espresso
- Water temp: 93C / 200F
- Time: 25-30 seconds
