Shipping

All coffee is roasted to order and shipped from Ottawa, Ontario by our roasting partner. Please allow 5–10 business days for delivery within Canada following your order date. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.

Shipping within Canada is $15.00 CAD on orders below $75.00, and free over $75.00.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once your order has shipped.

 

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will arrange a replacement or full refund depending on the circumstances. Photo documentation of damaged items may be required.

 

Returns & Refunds

Coffee is a perishable product. All coffee sales are final and non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.

Non-perishable products such as the T.R.E.A.T. Mug are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
